Once I publish it, and nit an RPC, I get

{"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-32601,"message":"Method not found","data":"The method does not exist / is not available."},"id":3}

Aah! If you move the construction of the service into the Application_Start it works in Azure
public class Global : System.Web.HttpApplication
{
    private static PollService service;

    protected void Application_Start(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        service = new PollService();
    }

I have not yet use this with Azure. Would you be up to providing the information to create an Azure QuickStart/HelloWorld?

Thanks, also if you ever run any benchmark tests in Azure, I'd be interested in seeing those results. You may be able to adapt some of the benchmark code in the console host for that.

Glad its working for you.
